The therapies I use can be fast, yet effective solutions to many of life's problems. They can be used to treat a variety of conditions, symptoms and emotional issues by resolving and removing the underlying thoughts, feelings and associated behaviour of your problems, whilst building your self-belief, confidence and self-esteem.

Phobias

Hypnotherapy is well known for its effectiveness in helping people overcome irrational fears, for example of spiders, heights, birds, lifts, needles and flying, etc.

Thoughts and Feelings

The various elements of psychotherapy are extremely successful in dealing with distressing thoughts and feelings such as anxiety, jealousy, guilt, anger, panic attacks, low self-esteem or obsessive thoughts.

Habits

Habits and addictions, such as smoking, alcoholism and nail-biting, which may seem to be out of a person's control can often be easily eliminated using hypnotherapy and other psychotherapeutic techniques.
